ELECTIONS

All incumbents, except the Editor, Joint Editor, Associate Editor and the four
members of the Editorial Board.

All members against whom there are no dues, shall be entitled to vote and to hold
office of the Society.
- The Secretary shall prepare each year publication of a list of all such members and
circulate among them.
- The procedures of elections shall strictly follow the rules enacted from time to
time for the purpose of the general Body.
- If under the unforeseen circumstances, it is not possible for the Executive Council
to arrange for the election of the Executive Council during the year, the General
Body may postpone the election of the Executive Council for a period not more than
one year and the same Executive Council will continue till the next election
