Welcome to Society of Cytologists and Geneticists (SCG). The inception of SCG was in the year 1965 by the eminent stalwarts of Cytology and Genetics. The society is intended as a medium for communication and discussion of important aspects that concerns Cytology, Genetics, Evolution and other scientific areas. The SCG publishes the Journal of Cytology and Genetics and also conducts conference/symposium once in two years on Cytology and Genetics. The Society awards fellowships for the eminent scientists of India in recognition of their contributions in the field of Cytology and Genetics.
