TERMS OF OFFICE :

The term of office of all Office bearers ( President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary,
Joint Secretaries, Treasurer, Council Members) and Editor, Joint Editor and
Associate Editor shall be for four years.

The President shall not be eligible for re-election. The retiring President shall be
one of the Vice-Presidents (Ex-Officio) for the following term. The other Office
Bearers shall, however, be entitled to seek immediate re-election, if they so want,
but can hold office for not more than two consecutive terms. The same person shall
not hold more than one office. For this purpose the membership of the Editorial
Board shall not be considered as separate office.
