Brief Academic Achievements :

Served as Lecturer in the department of Sericulture, Reader and Professor in the Department of Zoology and also as Director, Center for Applied Genetics from 2008 to 2009. Director, Student’s Welfare (2006-2009) and also as Registrar, Bangalore University (2009). Guided 10 Ph.D., and 14 Mphil., from Bangalore University and published 82 research articles in the national and International Journals with impact factor. Served as Academic Council Member and International Students adviser of Bangalore University during 2006 -2009. Visited many countries as visiting scientist , selected by the MHRD and UGC under Bilateral exchange programmes.
